Over five seasons, this podcast from Le Lab Femmes de Cinéma (France) gives a voice to women working in the audiovisual industry, a guided tour behind the various places from which the professions in the sector are approached. The various testimonies highlight the different paths that exist to reach the film trades.
Fabienne Silvestre, co-founder of Lab, invites the interviewees to talk about their professions, trajectories, and what it means for them to be a woman. Beyond the interest in discovering what happens behind the scenes, for Le Lab it is important that women with a recognized career can inspire others and serve as role models so that anyone can feel inspired and encouraged to pursue cinematographic dreams.
In the latest season, we can hear the points of view of Tatiana Vialle, casting director; Alice Girard, film producer; and Éponine Momenceau, director of photography and winner of the CST Young Film Technician Award in 2025.
